I liked the double room with a good shower, a great bathroom, for instance. Stayed for 3 nights, the staff was welcoming and very nice during all this time. The hotel had a very central location, close to a main street and a national park. It was 10 minutes' drive from the airport;))

los calafates b&b was exceptional! the hosts, hernan and ada, made me feel like family and went above and beyond to help with tours and suggestions. the breakfast was outstanding, with fresh coffee, juice, toast, croissants. the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. can't wait to come back!
Communication with ada was a bit difficult.

For the price we paid, we couldn't be happier with the value we got. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the central location made it convenient to explore. The staff at Los Calafates Hotel were warm and friendly, going out of their way to give us helpful advice and make us feel at home.
The morning meal could have been improved by better catering to dietary restrictions, as my wife, who follows a gluten-free diet, didn't get a decent breakfast despite requesting it. it was a bit disappointing that some guests smoked right outside the door, causing the eating area to be polluted with smoke.

The rooms at Los Calafates B & B are beautifully decorated with gabled wooden roofs, giving them a cozy and charming feel. During our stay, we had a room with a double bed and a twin bed. Although the twin bed didn't have a table or lamp next to it, the staff was so accommodating that they allowed us to move the ones from the double bed, making our stay comfortable.
Minor issue: Twin bed lacked table/lamp.

The hotel is ideally located for exploring the area, being close to the city center, supermarkets, and starting points for expeditions. the rooms are spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable with hot showers. Breakfast served with a smile and friendly chat is simply delicious with a range of options. the staff is warm and attentive, providing excellent recommendations and making all necessary arrangements.
The hotel lacks some facilities that others might have.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided us with great recommendations and were always willing to answer our questions. the location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was close to all the main attractions and starting points for expeditions. the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.
There were a couple of downsides to our stay at this hotel. the heating system in the room was a bit too warm and we had to open the windows to cool down.
